The music I like is "all music which has been made from the heart"! OK, that's maybe vague, but after being a professional musician your whole life, you start to appreciate most music which has been written with a great deal of passion and coming from the inside. That could be in several styles like pop, rock , soul blues or world music.
I was born in Indonesia, we immigrated to Holland and as a kid I experienced the last period of the Indo-Rock, which was popular at that time. These roots are still influencing the way I'm playing nowadays. Some of my favourite guitarplayers are Jeff Beck, Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughn, David Lindley.
